At Kelsey House, we take great pride in the litters we produce. Careful thought and consideration go into every pairing, as well as the ongoing care of our puppies and their placement into carefully chosen homes.

A great deal of time, research, and investment is dedicated to producing healthy, high-quality puppies. All of our dogs undergo the relevant health testing prior to breeding, copies of certificates are available to view. No expense is spared for our girls (or indeed any of our dogs) throughout their lives, and the same commitment extends to every pregnancy and litter we welcome.

Our dogs live as part of our family within our home, and our puppies are born and raised within our home environment in dedicated easy access rooms just off our kitchen. These spaces are fully equipped, temperature-controlled, light, bright, clean, cosy and stimulating. Mum and puppies also have direct constant  access to a secure, dedicated play area and garden, allowing puppies to enjoy outdoor time from an early age—providing an excellent foundation for socialisation and early toilet training.

Kelsey House puppies receive exceptional care, including appropriate handling, regular interaction, exposure to everyday household sights and sounds, and, of course, plenty of cuddles. From just three days old, we follow the highly regarded Puppy Culture enrichment programme—an outstanding developmental, training, and socialisation protocol designed to help puppies grow into calm, confident adult dogs. Alongside this, we also carry out Early Scent Introduction (ESI).

Our puppies further benefit from socialisation with other dogs in the household, as well as positive experiences with both adults and children.

Thorough health testing and assessments are undertaken at 7-8 weeks to support matching owners with puppies based on their family dynamics and individual requirements.

The time, care, and dedication we invest in our puppies is reflected in well-adjusted youngsters who grow into confident, trainable adults, able to settle smoothly into their new homes and surroundings.
