The Polish Lowland Sheepdog (also known as PON – Polski Owczarek Nizinny) is a sturdy, intelligent herding breed originally developed to guard and manage flocks in the Polish lowlands. With a charming, mop-like appearance and a bright mind, it is alert and responsive to training. PONs are affectionate and form close bonds with their families, though they may be reserved with strangers.
